Job description:
Design HVAC and plumbing systems for residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, healthcare, and business occupancy buildings. Perform load and energy calculations, size and design HVAC systems, and design sanitary, water, gas, and roof drain plans, among others. Perform the sizing and designing of medical gas plans and nurse call systems for healthcare buildings and representing the company in AHCA review conference meetings.

Requirements: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering. Must be able to
demonstrate competency in using AUTOCAD MEP for HVAC design, CARRIER Heat
Load Calculation Software (HAP), Wrightsoft Heat Load calculations software for
residential application, Matlab, ANSYS Fluent for computational fluid dynamics. Job
requires 40 hours per week.

Electrical Engineer:

Job description:
Candidates required to have experience in Electrical Engineering designs for
Commercial, Health Care and Residential building, knowledge of Florida building Code,
National Electric Code, NFPA 99 and excellent Autocad and REVIT skills. Design
electrical systems for building Constructions in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Knowledge in performing Electrical Load Calculations for Commercial and Residential Projects. Utilize AutoCAD and or Revit for creating detailed schematics and layouts. Review Submittals and respond to Contractors RFI(s). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.

Requirements: Master’s degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 3 years’
experience. Knowledge in performing electrical power and lighting plans for residential
and commercial buildings, Electrical load calculation, Riser diagrams, Electrical
Coordination Studies (using SKM Power Tools) and Panels schedules, and attending
meeting with clients, architects, and developers, and responding to building department comments.

Knowledge of the following is a must:
1) Software: AutoCAD, Revit and SKM Power Tools.
2) National Electrical Code.
